The World Service Convention Committee plans and hosts a Nar-Anon world convention in cooperation with the NA world convention. In preparing for a convention, the committee works closely with the host city’s area or regional service committee, where one exists. It also works with WSO, which is the liaison between the Nar-Anon World Service Convention Committee and the host hotel. The committee recruits volunteers and speakers, plans the program schedule, hospitality, entertainment, meetings, and registration. For the convention flyers and merchandise, the World Service Convention Committee designs a logo based on the theme.
